We only ship to Japan addresses. ( so we will NOT send to other counties ).

* In the case of "Bank Wire" Items are shipped soon after payment.

if the item needs to be ordered from the maker it will be shipped soon after arrving at our office (so can be 1 - 2 weeks)

* If you want to withdraw larger amounts from your credit card, we can assist you in doing this at a bank near our office (please contact us for info)

* We can ship anywhere in Japan (including your office or hotel room)

WARRANTY INFORMATION
* Unless item is DEAD ON ARRIVIAL (DOA), All warranties require return directly to the Japanese Manufacturer.
If you are unable to do this, you may bring or send it to our office
(contact us by email or phone first plese)

* Full warranty terms are in Japanese and available on request, we provide no English translation,
Japanese Makers etc are pretty relaxed, but if they determine improper use, this will be out of our hands.

* The warranty period is from the day you receive the item
Warranty cannot be extended after you receive the item.
(if there is no mention of a warranty, please ask for the period).

* Using any electricaly powered device with any AC adpter not listed in the manual or included will VOID your warranty
Using the supplied Japanese AC adapter in other countries MAY also VOID your warranty, please check the voltage carefully!

* A Note on LCD Monitors and Notebook Displays
LCD monitors and notebook displays sometimes develop a defect known as "dead pixels".
A dead pixel occurs when the smallest block that makes up an image on the screen (also called a "pixel")
becomes locked in a certain state. For example, a pixel could lock on to a red colour at all times.
Manufacturers of LCD monitors and notebook displays expect this defect to occur to a limited extent.
Therefore, there is no warranty for any dead pixels unless and until your display has 8 or more such dead pixels in a group or a line.
This is a legal policy here in Japan, if you do not agree please buy somewhere else

TAX INFORMATION
* All prices include Japanese sales tax
We can not do duty free sales.

ORDER CANCELATION / REFUND
* Any order can be cancelled at anytime BEFORE payment, NOT after we have shipped.
In some cases it may be impossible to cancel an order once payment is complete.

*If payment has been made, 25% restocking fee will be due in ALL cases
It is important to clarify any points you maybe unsure of BEFORE you send funds.
Any such cancelation refund will be processed at the expense of the customer, and will be refunded by our chosen method .

* Once you have received the item, We will never accept a return if you simply "do not like" the item, please choose carefully.
If you are not satisfied with this, please do not buy anything from this site.
